✨How much space does the booth need?

Our booth needs at least a a 10×10 foot area to accommodate the 8 FT Backdrop and(or) LED party booth comfortably near an outlet 

✨What time will we arrive ?

It takes between 45mins to 1 hour to set up depending on what booth you reserve. 

We always arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to your event to ensure the booth is up and running before the start time.

✨Is there a fee for idle time? 

Idle time is the time associated with waiting when our photo booth services are not being used but could be.

Our idle time is offered at a reduced rate where the staff and equipment will be onsite but not operational. There is a $50 per hour idle fee. For example if your event starts at 8PM, but you want the booth set up by 6PM, you would incur an $50 per hour fee instead of our normal hourly rates. 

✨Most venues require vendors to be insured are you ? 

Yes VP Occasions is insured by 2 million dollars with Geico 

✨Do you drop the booth off and leave ? 

No we’d never leave you hanging, we are a married couple that will be there every step of they way to ensure everything goes smoothly.

✨Do you travel ?

Yes we go on vacation all the time. Wait if you’re talking about bringing our booth to your event that’s in another city yeah we do that too lol 😂 additional fees may apply. 

✨Which payment methods do you accept ?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Cash app, and Zelle. Payments are done electronically, except cash which can be delivered in person. 

✨What’s the difference between the LED Party Booth and the Open air booth ?

Regardless of which package you choose you will get the LIT Booth (LED Kiosk) which is a touch screen photo both stand that will take all your pictures. 

The next step is choosing if you just want a back drop (open air) or The LED Party Booth (a inflatable LED inclosure) either way it’s LIT !
